Bohuslava’s background includes working at one of the Big Four companies and a leading Czech law firm specialising in venture capital. She advises top-tier investors and high-growth companies throughout their lifecycle, from incorporation and commercial setup to scaling up, exiting, and beyond.
Bohuslava aims to provide legal services with business rationality. She prioritises practical solutions and efficiency, focusing on clients' needs without inflating costs. By doing so, she seeks to foster growth within the firm and create a seamless partnership experience for clients.
Lucie is a junior associate who primarily focuses on commercial and civil law. In her previous practice, she gained experience in e-commerce and digital law, with a particular emphasis on consumer protection, unfair competition, intellectual property, and data protection. Lucie earned her master’s degree from Charles University and furthered her education in China, Finland, and Switzerland to deepen her understanding of international commercial and investment law.
Her master’s thesis explored copyright law aspects of advertising on social media. At our firm, Lucie continues to pursue her interests in commercial law, from providing advice on the legal aspects of day-to-day business operations to supporting long-term projects. She also concentrates on labour law, intellectual property law, and the legal implications of new technology.
Kateřina is completing her studies at Charles University's Faculty of Law in Prague and works as a Junior Lawyer at horakova.legal. She specialises in M&A, private equity, startups, and venture capital, which she aims to pursue further in her Ph.D. studies.
Kateřina is skilled in drafting contractual documentation and structuring business transactions. Additionally, she has experience in real estate law and the crowdfunding sector, adding depth to her legal expertise.
Filip specialises in all aspects of financial regulation, not only in relation to new technologies such as crypto assets and payment services, but also more traditional but still rapidly developing areas such as AML and banking or investment services. His experience includes regular advisory to private equity and real estate investors and number of successful license proceedings with the Czech National Bank. Among Filip’s clients are a world-renowned algorithmic trader, multinational financial group as well as local boutique asset managers. In his academic career, which includes studies in highly rated universities in the UK and Germany, he focuses on investment structures and tax-related issues.
